Visiting this website

When you visit this website, our server processes technically necessary connection data: your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system details and technical status information. We need this data to deliver the website, to secure it and to detect faults or attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the data only as long as these purposes require.

Hosting and Cloudflare

The website runs on server infrastructure of SourceCloud GmbH at Hetzner Online GmbH. Hetzner’s information: privacy policy.

Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, secure delivery and protection against attacks for us. Connection data may also be processed outside the European Union. Cloudflare’s information: privacy policy and data processing.

Cookies, analytics and embedded services

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from this website itself, not from third-party servers. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies during security checks.

If you switch between light and dark mode in the page header, your browser stores this choice in its local storage (localStorage, entry “pw-scheme” with the value “light” or “dark”). The entry stays on your device, is not transmitted to us and only serves to keep your chosen mode on your next visit; you can delete it in your browser settings. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as storing it is strictly necessary for the display you requested.

Sign-in links lead to the application, purchase links to the ordering process. The privacy information provided there applies, and you can read it before entering any data.

Contacting us by email

When you write to us, we process your contact details and your message to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the data as long as handling your request requires or statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

Within the statutory framework, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please write to info@sourcecloud.com.
