Which formats can I open?
ZUGFeRD and Factur-X as PDF with embedded invoice data, XRechnung as CII or UBL, UBL following Peppol BIS, and invoice data as an XML file.
My PDF is not recognised. Why?
It probably contains no invoice data and is only a printout. An e-invoice carries its data in machine-readable form. In the app’s inbox you can have such receipts read by AI.
Can I convert an XRechnung to ZUGFeRD?
Yes. Choose “ZUGFeRD / Factur-X (CII)” as the target. You get the invoice data as an XML file. Save a readable PDF as well with “Save as readable PDF”.
How do I open an XRechnung without software?
Drag the XML file onto the field at the top of this page. You see the invoice in plain language straight away, nothing to install.
